Overcrowded pitches make it feel cramped!!! Long waits at reception during peak times can be frustrating. Limited flexibility for checkout times and confusing information about pitch sizes could lead to disappointment!!!

I enjoyed our stay at San Francesco. The mobile home felt spacious, perfect for a family of four. Air conditioning was a blessing during the hot summer days. The location next to the lake was gorgeous, with crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming and water sports. The kids loved the swimming pool area with its aqua park features, always filled with laughter. The activities organized by the Animation Team, led by Lucia, were a highlight. mini disco and aqua Zumba were particularly fun for the kids. The restaurant served delicious meals, consistently affordable, which made dining out easy. initial impressions of our pitch were concerning due to dryness and proximity to neighbors. Sometimes there were long waits at the reception, especially during peak hours. I also noticed some areas were not as clean as expected, which detracted from the overall appeal. Despite a couple of downsides, the vibrant atmosphere and engaging activities made our holiday enjoyable.

The views of crystal-clear Lake Garda from the campsite took my breath away every single morning! I loved lounging by the well-maintained swimming pool, soaking up the sun. The on-site restaurant served the freshest seafood and delectable pizzas that made every meal a highlight of my day!

The views here are flipping amazing! The pools are perfect for the kids, and the staff is just lekker friendly. We had a great time chilling by the lake, soaking up those sunny days with a nice braai.

Just a bit cramped for space with the other mobile homes close by, but we made it work, no worries.

The swimming pool area was perfect for lazy afternoons, and the kids loved playing at the mini club with other little ones. The only hiccup was a brief wait during peak hours at the market, but I totally recommend grabbing some delicious pastries there! 🍰

We had an awesome stay! The pool complex was great, and we loved the direct access to the lake. The area was peaceful, perfect for our group. We took advantage of the tennis courts and enjoyed nearby attractions like Verona and Venice. The friendly staff made our trip even better.

One downside was that the shop often had empty shelves, especially for fresh food. It would have been great to have more options available during our stay.

san francesco is fantastic! the mobile home was clean and had a lovely yard with garden furniture. being right by the lake made it even better. the swimming pool is perfect for kids, and a lifter is available for accessibility. the onsite shop makes it super convenient too.
